My old friend Dj Cheeba (solid Steel/Ninja Tune Dj) was given a Rane TTM 57SL (a top turntablist mixer) by Rane itself. I got asked if i wanted to design the faceplate for mixer, which included adding typefaces, illustrations, the whole shabang...

this is how it looks at the moment but it will be finished soon and ill hopefully get some flicks of it up here when its made

what a cool thing to be asked .. i am dj'ing myself but unfortunately there's no option ( for as far as i know ) to customize a pioneer djm 800..

I really enjoy watchin your piece fullsize & how you've used mayan drawings in this mixer.

Great inspiration here - will be checking your gallery too
